    Orders are accepted on these terms, VAT must be added to all prices.


    Goods belong to ‘SSEC Epos Company Limited’ until paid in full.


    Payment:-  Deposit with order, balance due on delivery.  For BACS payments use sort code: 30-92-86.  Account number: 62598460. Quote your invoice no. and/or account no. as reference.

    Cheques to be made payable to ‘SSEC Epos Company Limited’ 


    Guarantees:-  New goods are fully guaranteed for 12 months, 

    reconditioned items for 3 months. Subject to reasonable use, we will repair goods free of charge or replace at our option.


    Consequential loss:-  Under no circumstances will 

    ‘SSEC Epos Company Limited’ be liable for claims for loss of use, loss of product, or consequential loss of any kind in relation to goods or services provided by ‘SSEC Epos Company Limited’


    Prices:-  Prices published will be honoured if possible, but goods will be invoiced at the price ruling at the time of dispatch.


    Returns:-  Standard goods can be returned for credit with our prior 

    agreement, at the customers expense and within three days of delivery, subject to them being clean and without damage, and with all the original packaging, tools, manuals. A restocking charge of 20% and any collection, damage or cleaning will be charged. Return of non standard goods is not accepted.


    Warranty Terms


    Our products have a 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects.


    Any goods which are subject to a warranty claim should be returned to us for inspection.  Upon inspection we will repair or replace defective unit.


    Warranty does not cover accidental or deliberate damage, acts of god, damage incurred by incorrect use or not following manufacturers 

    instructions or power failure and over loading. The goods must not be modified or repaired by anyone other than one of our engineers or 

    nominated service agents. 


    Any products that have not failed due to manufacturing defect, will be repaired at the cost of the customer.  We reserve judgment on this and our decision is final.


    Carriage costs for the return of goods to us will be the responsibility of the customer. Non warranty repairs are carriage chargeable.


    Warranty does not cover the incorrect purchase of our products, if goods are returned due to incorrect specification then we reserve the right to refuse the return of goods or charge a return to stock fee.

    The warranty will become invalid if the products have not been used for the purpose they were designed for.
